Weekly group coaching
Bring a real deal to a real call, every week
One call a week. You bring a wash you’re actually looking at, we put it on the screen, and I react to it in front of everybody. Then we do the next one.
Pricing and signup are handled on Skool, where the group lives.

I bought it run down. The automatic bays hadn’t worked in about ten years, and the previous owners had let it go far enough that the business it was built for had mostly moved on to the competitors.
I renovated it out of cash flow, over time, which is slower and less impressive on camera than writing one big check, and is also the only reason it worked. It’s eight self-serve bays and one touchless automatic.
Every month I collect the cash, count it on camera, and put my profit and loss spreadsheet on screen. Gross, every expense line, the mortgage, and what’s left. I do it because when I was trying to figure out whether these things made money, nobody would show me theirs.

The call
Somebody shares a listing or a set of numbers. We go through the site, the revenue, the expense lines, the price, and the financing, out loud, and I tell you what I’d do. If nobody has a live deal that week we take apart one of mine, or one that came through the group and didn’t work out, because the ones that fall through teach more than the ones that close.
Every call is recorded and archived in the group. If you can’t make it live, you can post your deal before the call and watch the reaction afterward.

Join the group on SkoolEverything you get
- The weekly call, live and recorded
- The full archive of past calls, from the day you join
- The group itself, which by now includes people at every stage: still looking, under contract, and already operating
- Direct answers to your deal on the call
What you don’t get
No DM support. No one-on-one calls. No text messages at nine on a Sunday night. Questions get answered on the call, which is deliberate: it keeps the answer in front of everybody instead of buried in my inbox, and it’s the only way I can do this and still run the wash and the rentals.

Join the group on SkoolThe guarantee: cancel any time
Monthly is month to month. If the call stops being worth it to you, cancel and that’s the end of it.
