By using this site or buying anything on it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by [[ Legal entity ]] (‘we’, ‘us’). ‘You’ is you.

The course, a one-time purchase of pre-recorded educational video and materials, delivered on this site. Group coaching, a recurring subscription that includes a weekly live group call, access to the recorded archive, and membership in the group, delivered through Skool. Both are educational products. Neither includes individual advice about your specific situation, deal review outside the group call, one-to-one calls, direct message support, capital, financing, deal flow, or any guaranteed outcome. What is included is what the product page says is included, and nothing more.

Prices are in US dollars. The course is a one-time payment of $47 USD, processed by Stripe on this site. Course access does not expire. There are no refunds on the course. Coaching is paid through Skool and billed [[ monthly / annually ]] in advance and renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Skool account. Cancelling stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate part-periods. Keep your login to yourself. Access is for one person. In the group and on calls: no harassment, no spam, no pitching your own products, no soliciting other members, no recording or redistributing calls or materials. We can remove anyone who does any of that, without a refund.

Everything on this site and in the products, including video, written material, graphics, the logo, and the name Stephen The Investor, is owned by us or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material you have paid for, for your own purposes. You may not copy, share, resell, republish, upload, or use it to build a competing product, and you may not use it to train a machine learning model. Anything you post in the group stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to display it in the group and to quote it in materials about the group, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

We try to keep the site and the products accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that either is error-free, uninterrupted, or complete, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using them. Everything is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Third-party links and tools are not under our control and we are not responsible for them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or losses on any investment or business purchase, arising from the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the site, the products, or the group, you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using the site at any time, and cancel a subscription as described above.

We may change these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the new version. Changes to price or to what a subscription includes will be notified to existing members before they apply.
